They are only obtainable in creative to really make them unique, can be given by admins to worthy Cobblemon Trainers

"Upgraded" BadgeBox :
This "upgrade" is destined to add a 9th slot
This 9th slot is designated for the Master Ribbon, proof that you are the strongest trainer among the strongests
