Features:
See when they're typing, in world and in GUI, the visual gets faster and wackier the faster you type!:
See when they're In a GUI such as inventory, chest, crafting, etc, shows their hand moving and clicking around at a screen in front of them
See when they're Idle for over 5 minutes. Shows them fall asleep in world. Shows a Zz indicator in the tab player list

If you aren't comfortable with any of the stuff the client sends to the server, you can disable each feature as you please on the client side so it isn't sent.
Notifying idle states in chat is default off.

Workaround flickering issue that is still happening on fabric, set default to not constantly update GUI

Fix gui flickering issue when lots of mods are installed that use neoforges guilayers feature. Refine feature of not updating gui constantly so it makes sure players wandering near player with gui already open will see the gui correctly. Port mc 1.21.4 changes
